Cancellation Policy – Blue Tyga
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. To help you, we have a simple and transparent cancellation policy. Please read all guidelines carefully before submitting a request.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may request an order cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order.
Cancellations are allowed only during operational hours and only before the order enters processing.
Once processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
"Why Cancellation Is Limited:"
Orders move to the warehouse immediately
Quality Check (QC), packing, and courier assignment start quickly
After processing begins, the system cannot stop or reverse the workflow
2. Operational Hours for Cancellation
Cancellations can be processed only during:
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
Requests made:
Before 10:00 AM
After 4:00 PM
On "On Sundays / Public Holidays" cannot be processed and the order will continue to the next stage.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order within the allowed time window, please use one of the following options:

Order ID
Reason for cancellation
4. Cancellation Eligibility
Eligible for Cancellation (within 15 minutes):
Wrong size selected
Wrong product selected
Duplicate order
Address correction required
Payment issue
Customer changed mind
Not Eligible for Cancellation (after 15 minutes):
Order already processed in warehouse
Order packed or labelled
Order handed to courier
Dispatch started
Customised / limited edition products
Products marked as Non-Cancellable (e.g., balaclava, innerwear)
5. COD Order Cancellation
For COD orders:
Cancellation must be raised within 15 minutes
Repeated COD cancellations may lead to COD service being disabled for future orders
This helps reduce fake orders and RTO issues.
6. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
You may:
Reject the package at the time of delivery
Or initiate a Return Request as per our Return Policy
Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be issued only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes QC.
7. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
Refund is initiated within 24–48 hours
The amount reflects in 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
COD Orders
No refund is applicable since payment was not made at the time of order.
8. Cancellation by Blue Tyga (Rare Cases)
We may cancel your order due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
High-risk or fraudulent order
Product out of stock or QC failure
Technical pricing errors
Repeated COD refusals
Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be initiated immediately.
9. Important Notes
Cancellation requests after 15 minutes will not be accepted.
If the order is already in transit, only the Return Policy applies.
Refund and data handling follow DPDP Act & E-Commerce Rules 2020.
