RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY – BLUE TYGA
 


At Blue Tyga, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. To maintain fairness, hygiene, and compliance, our Return & Replacement Policy is defined as per product category and in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (India).

Please read this policy carefully before raising a return or replacement request.



At Blue Tyga, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return & replacement terms below:

When can I request a return or replacement?

You can request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • There is a missing or incorrect quantity

Photo/video proof is mandatory for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-replaceable, unless they are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered:

  • Balaclavas
  • Caps
  • Sting-Free Socks
  • Ice Undies
  • No-Feel Undies

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Free from perfume, sweat, or usage marks

Returns not meeting these conditions may be declined.

3 One Request per Order

Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.
Additional requests will not be accepted unless a verified manufacturing defect is found.

4 Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available for most locations
  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may self-ship the product
  • Self-shipping charges will be refunded upon receipt submission

Reverse pickup may take 10–15 working days in some locations due to courier limitations.

Replacement & Refunds

  • Replacement is processed after Quality Check (QC)
  • If the requested variant is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued

Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid orders: 5–15 working days
  • COD orders: Bank transfer / UPI / wallet

Delivered but not received?

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact us within 24 hours so we can raise a courier investigation.
