Return and Replacement Policy
At Blue Tyga, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. To ensure fairness and hygiene standards, our Return & Replacement Policy is clearly defined by product category and applicable Indian laws under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
What Can Be Returned or Replaced?
- We accept returns or replacements only if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective
- There is a quantity issue (missing or incorrect item)
To help us assist you quickly, please raise the request within 48 hours of delivery and share photo/video proof of the issue.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Replacement
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-replaceable:
Balaclavas
Caps
Sting-Free Socks
Ice Undies
No-Feel Undies
These items can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or the wrong product was delivered.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the product must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original packaging
With all tags intact
Without any perfume or sweat smell
If these conditions aren’t met, the return request may be declined.
Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes across India.
However, logistics coverage can vary based on your location and courier partner availability.
If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available
If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you can self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Any self-shipping charges will be refunded, based on the courier receipt provided by you.
Important Note
Across India, many pin codes may face temporary reverse pickup restrictions due to courier capacity, network issues, or remote-area limitations.
Because of this, reverse pickup may take 10–15 state working days in some cases.
We request your patience as we coordinate with our delivery partners to complete the pickup as soon as possible.
Replacement Process:
Once your returned product clears Quality Check (QC):
We’ll send you a replacement
If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit
Refund Timelines :
After approval, refunds take:
- 5–15 Indian bank working days for prepaid orders
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer / UPI / wallet
Delivered But Not Received?
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact us within 24 hours.
We will initiate an investigation with the delivery partner.
If reported after 24 hours, courier companies may not accept the claim.
