Shipping Charges
At Blue Tyga, we currently do not charge any delivery fees for standard prepaid orders. Our goal is to provide customers with a smooth and affordable shopping experience.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges
For COD orders, a small token amount may be charged at checkout.
This is done to:
Reduce fake COD orders
Prevent unnecessary RTO (Return to Origin) shipments
Ensure genuine delivery confirmations
This token amount is fully adjustable and helps us improve delivery accuracy and reduce operational losses.
Return Shipping Charges
We offer automatic return pickup service for most pin codes when the return request qualifies under our policy (size issue, damage, wrong product, etc.).
However, in rare cases, certain pin codes may not be serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners.
In such cases:
The customer will be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Shipping charges will be refunded (as per actual courier slip provided).
Refund will be processed once the product reaches our QC team.
Important Notes
Replacement shipments are free of charge, subject to product eligibility.
COD fees, if applicable, will be clearly shown during checkout.
Shipping charges will never be hidden or added after order placement.
