Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

An order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) when it is not delivered to the customer and is returned back to our warehouse due to reasons such as customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the order, or failure to provide OTP at the time of delivery.


For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable forward and return shipping charges. The refund will be initiated only after the product is received and verified at our warehouse. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of refund initiation.

As per Reserve Bank of India guidelines, the credited amount may reflect in the customer’s account within 5 to 15 working days, depending on the respective bank’s processing timelines.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be applicable. Repeated RTO orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

If the RTO occurs due to an error from our end, such as incorrect or damaged product delivery, a full refund will be provided without any deductions.


Customers are requested to ensure accurate address details and availability at the time of delivery to avoid RTO situations.

This policy is in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws and e-commerce guidelines.
