Scroll down to the bottom of the website (footer section).
Click on the “Return & Exchange” option.

 

Step 3: Open the Return Portal

You will be redirected to the Return & Exchange page.

 

Step 4: Enter Your Details


On the return page, you need to provide:

  • Order ID
  • Email ID or Mobile Number (used while placing the order)

Make sure the details are correct to fetch your order successfully.


Step 5: Select Exchange Option

Once your order is displayed:

  • Select the product you want to exchange
  • Click on the “Exchange” option


Step 6: Choose Reason

  • Select a reason for exchange (e.g., size issue, damaged item, etc.)
  • You will also be required to write your reason in the provided field

Click on “Continue”.


 


Step 7: Choose Exchange Type



You will see two exchange options:

Option 1: Exchange for Same Product

  • Choose this option if you want the same product
  • You can select a different size or color


Option 2: Exchange for a Different Product

 

 

  • Choose this option if you want a different item
  • A list of available products will be shown

Select your preferred product


 

Step 8: Confirm Exchange

 

After selecting your option:

  • Click on “Proceed”
  • Verify the details and confirm by clicking “Proceed to Exchange”

 


Step 9: Confirmation and Next Steps

After submitting:

  • Our team will review your request
  • You will receive updates via email or SMS

⚠️ After your request is approved, the pickup will be arranged within 3 working days.
⚠️ Once the product is received and passes quality check (QC), the return will be completed within 10 working days.
