QC Department Guidelines (Dispatch QC & Return QC)
To ensure product quality and protect customer experience, the QC team follows strict verification steps for both Dispatch QC and Return QC.
1. Dispatch QC Checklist
Before any product is shipped, QC must verify:
Product Condition
No cloth damage
No loose stitching
No alterations
No zipper damage
No design or fabric defects
Branding & Labelling
Brand label must be correct
Tag must be attached
Packaging must be fresh and clean
Order Accuracy
Correct product
Correct color
Correct size
Correct quantity
Correct invoice
2. Return QC Checklist
When receiving a return, QC must verify:
Product & Order Match
Returned item must match the original order
Style, color, size, and quantity must be the same
Product Condition
No damage
No stitching issues
No zipper issues
No alterations
No fabric defects
Hygiene & Usage Check
No sweat smell
No perfume smell
No washing marks
No stains
No signs of prolonged use
Branding Verification
Tag must be present
Brand label must be intact
No tampering with packaging
Important Note to Customers
During the return process, our QC team carefully inspects every product.
If we find any mismatch or damage that was not part of the original product, we will send the product back to the customer with proper explanation.
We request all customers to cooperate and ensure the product is returned in original condition to avoid rejection.
